Please join us in the Michigan Room for cocktails at 5:30 P.M. and dinner will start at 6:00 P.M. on Saturday, September 6, 2008. The cost of the dinner is $30.00 per person.
You will have two dinner choices:
Chicken Marsala
Seasoned Boneless Breast of Chicken dredged in seasoned flour and topped with a rich mushroom Marsala demi-sauce
Roast Sirloin of Beef
Sirloin Steak coated with Dijon Mustard slow roasted, slice and topped with a Dijon demi-sauce
All dinners include a dinner salad, Chef’s selection of rice or potato, seasonal vegetables, coffee, herb tea, decaffeinated coffee, iced tea and your choice of dessert.
